William (Bill) Reid: CEO, Chairman of the Board

Bill Reid has 30+ years of industry experience. Bill co-founded Gold Resource Corporation with David Reid in 1998.

Bill previously co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of US Gold Corporation (USGL) from 1977 to 2005. During his tenure with US Gold, the Company built six producing mines. Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics in 1970 and a Master's in Economic Geology in 1972, both from Purdue University.

David Reid: Vice President Exploration

David Reid has 30+ years of industry experience. David co-founded Gold Resource Corporation with Bill Reid in 1998.

David also co-founded US Gold Corporation in 1977. During his 28 year tenure with US Gold, the Company built six producing mines. David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Ball State University in 1972.

Jason Reid: President & Director

Jason Reid was promoted to President of Gold Resource Corporation July 1, 2010 and also sits on the Company's Board of Directors. Jason previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Gold Resource from January 2008 to July 2010, where his responsibilities included formulating corporate growth strategies, retail and institutional marketing and capital raises. Jason has been with the Company since it was a private Company and helped take it public in Sept of 2006 with its self-underwritten "IPO". Prior to joining the Company Jason was the founder and president of two successful businesses he ran for 13 years. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree (1997) in Anthropology/Archeology from Fort Lewis College, Durango, Colorado.

Bill Conrad: Director

Bill M. Conrad currently serves as a Director of Gold Resource Corporation. He also serves as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of MCM Capital Management, Inc., a privately held financial and management consulting firm. Mr. Conrad has held executive management positions with several public companies during the past 15 years, including Wyoming Oil & Minerals, Inc., New Frontier Energy, Inc., Gold Capital Corporation, Wall Street Racing Stables, Inc., and Consolidated Capital of NA, Inc. Mr. Conrad's duties with these companies primarily focused in the areas of financial management and corporate development.

Mr. Conrad is currently a Director of Synergy Resources, Inc., a Denver based development stage oil and gas exploration production company.

Isac Burstein: Director

Isac Burstein currently serves as a director of Gold Resource Corporation. Isac is the VP / Business Development for Hochshild Mining plc. Isac served previously as Hochschild Mining's Manager for Project Evaluation, Exploration Manager for Mexico, and Exploration Geologist. He holds a BSc in Geological Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria, an MSc in Geology from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Krannert School of Management, Purdue University.

Tor Falck: Director

Tor Falck currently serves as a director of Gold Resource Corporation. Over the past 40 years Mr. Falck has had a successful career in the banking and financial industry holding senior positions in Europe's larger brokerage houses, including 12 years at Yorkton Securities Inc. and Canaccord Capital (Europe), where he focused on natural resources, mining, and oil and gas industries. Prior to that Mr. Falck served as a financial analyst and broker in Norway advising private and institutional clients.

Mr. Falck is currently a Director of Blackstone Ventures Inc., a Vancouver based mineral exploration company.

Juan Manuel Flores: Country Manager, Mexico

Juan Manuel Flores has over 30+ years of experience in the mining, metallurgy and construction industries. His experience includes country manager, general manager, operations manager, project manager, mine superintendent, and processing operations, in some of the most productive underground and open pit mines in Mexico.

Mr. Flores' mining company associations include Minera Rio Tinto SA De CV, Constellation Copper, Pan American Gold Fields, Harrison Western, Mine Finders, Minera Frisco, Industrial Minera Mexico (ex-Asarco), Minas de Bacis, Cozamin, Grupo Mexbel and Grupo Summa. Mr. Flores graduated as a Mining and Metallurgist Engineer from the Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua, and in 1973 and 1974 attended the courses of the Master of Science Program, Mineral Economics, at the Colorado School of Mines.
